Prices and Delivery
PricesAll Prices are in Australian Dollars including GST.DeliveryIf I have the goods you ordered in stock, they will be delivered in 10 working days. Sometimes even faster, so please let me know if your order is urgent.I don't carry huge quantities of stock and because most of my products come from overseas, sometimes delivery times are longer - 6-10 weeks. Please take this into account, particularly if you are ordering items for a special occassion like Mothers' Day or Christmas. I encourage you to place your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.I will let you know if I don't have your ordered items in stock. You can then either cancel your order or place the items in backorder. If you decide to leave the goods in backorder, I will charge you a 25% deposit and the rest on delivery.I use Australia Post for deliveries and charge the freight according to their tariffs. I also charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of packaging.
Claims and Refunds
Claims & RefundsAny claims for shortages should be made immediately upon receipt of the goods and any claims for damages should be made within 7 days from receipt of goods. All returns must be authorised by fine by nature. I will issue a credit excluding postage & handling when I have received the goods back.If the goods don't match the description on my website and you are not completely happy with them, you can return them to me within 7 days from receipt. I am happy to refund your payment less the freight and handling costs.When ordering the linen products, please read the linen care instruction carefully and keep a copy of it in the laundry.
