Prices
All our prices are in Australian Dollars including GST. Prices are subject to change without any further notice.

Security
Quite a few of our customers expressed their concern about putting their credit card details in the cyper space. Their concerns convinced us not to include the payment on-line option. Getting the payment details over the phone also gives us the opportunity to have a personal contact with our customers. This, we believe, is crucial for creating trusting and long-lasting customer relationships.

Ordering & Payment
When you have finished shopping, click on 'Finalise Order' which takes you to 'Your Details' page. Fill in your details and choose your preferred Method of Payment, You can choose to pay by Cheque, Direct Credit to our account or Credit Card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

We will give you a call when your order is ready to be shipped to obtain your credit card details. Don't email your credit card details to us! If you are paying by using Cheque or Direct Credit, please wait for our confirmation with freight & handling costs before proceeding with the payment.

Delivery
If we have the goods you ordered in stock, they will be delivered to you in 10 working days. As we do not carry huge quantities of stock and because most of our products come directly from overseas, sometimes delivery times are longer. (6-10 weeks). Please take this into account, particularly if you are ordering items for a special occasion like Mothers' Day or Christmas. We encourage you to place your order well in advance to avoid any disappointments.

If we don't have your ordered items in stock, we will let you know. You can then either cancel your order or place the items in backorder. In case your ordered item is a present for someone, you can choose to use our Gift Certificate instead. If you decide to leave the goods in backorder or use our Gift Certificate, we will charge you a 25%deposit and the rest on delivery.

For deliveries we use Australia Post and will charge the freight according to its tariffs. We also charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of packaging.

Claims & Refunds

Any claims for shortages should be made immediately upon receipt of goods and any claims for damages should be made within 7 days from receipt of goods. All returns must be authorised by us. We will issue a credit when we have received the goods back.

If the goods you ordered don’t match our description and you are not completely happy with them, you can return them to us within 7 days from receipt. We are happy to refund your payment less freight & handling costs.

When ordering our linen products, make sure you read our Linen Care
instructions carefully. It is a good idea to print a copy and keep it in the laundry.

Privacy
Your personal details will not be passed to any other organisation. They will be used only for correspondence between you and us.
